Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the booking and purchase of tickets for seminars that are concluded via the website of MVZ Michaelis Dentistry GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

Subject matter of the contract

The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of a ticket for participation in a dental seminar conducted by the organizer. The seminar content, dates and venues are described on the organizer's website.

 

Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the seminars on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to book. By ordering a ticket, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded by the confirmation of the organizer by e-mail.

 

Prices and terms of payment

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT. Payment can be made by credit card or another payment method offered on the website. The full ticket price is due immediately.

 

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation of the ticket is no longer possible after expiry of the withdrawal period (see below). A refund of the ticket price is excluded. However, the transfer of the ticket to another person is possible after consultation with the organizer.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel their booking within 14 days without giving reasons. For details see below under “Cancellation policy”.

 

Conditions of participation and changes

The organizer reserves the right to change seminar content, times or locations for important reasons. In such a case, the participant will be informed in good time. If the seminar is canceled, the full ticket price will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.

 

Liability

The organizer is only liable for intent and gross negligence. The organizer is not liable for damage to health resulting from the application of the contents conveyed. 

Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the organizer's privacy policy, which can be viewed on the website.

 

Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of the organizer.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

 

Revocation period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
